Nothin' Fancy

The cake we ate later was this one. Chocolate cake, Snickers ice cream smushed on top, chocolate buttercream icing swirled over top of that and then some salted peanuts sprinkled before the icing set. We didn't eat this for 5 days though because BigGuy got a stomache bug for his birthday. Not really expecting it to be outstanding and having kinda forgotten about it - we really really liked it. Nice combo of favorites BigGuy!!

No Blood & Guts

Although it wasn't the coolest cake I have done - or the most precise since I didn't have all the time I usually take to "think it out" - it was still really cool and very loved by the Birthday Boy. And it was delicious!!! It tasted like one of those Little Debbie Fudge Rounds, only a smidge more moist and chewy and fabulous!
